MICRO-CELLULAR URETHANE FOAM

Our urethane foam is an open-cell foam with a uniform micro-cellular structure, that has excellent compression set resistance, predictable hardness, tight thickness tolerances, and superior energy absorption properties.

Microcellular urethane is perfect for a variety of gaskets and sealing applications in the automotive/transportation, medical, polishing, flexographic printing, and electronics industries.

FEATURES

  • BREADTH OF HARDNESS: Available in various grades with a range of hardnesses, resiliencies and stress-strain behaviors with excellent lot-to-lot consistency.
  • BROAD RANGE OF THICKNESS: Our urethane products are available in thicknesses as low as 0.007 inches and as high as 1 inch.
  • ENERGY ABSORPTION: Excellent cushioning and impact absorption.
  • FLAME RETARDANT: Superior flame retardancy without the addition of halogenated compounds.
  • LOW COMPRESSION SET: The long term consistent performance that comes from excellent c-set, resistance to damage due to continuous or repeated compression.
  • PLASTICIZER FREE: Plasticizers are not used when making these products, making them inherently low outgassing and non-fogging.
